Ipswich Libraries have been working with our e-resource providers to improve security.  If you are experiencing issues logging into to the following e-resources, please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article.

    • Cloud Library
    • LinkedIn Learning
    • Borrow Box

Troubleshooting

  1. First, make sure you have fully logged out of whichever eResource app you are trying to access and then try logging in again.
  2. If you are unable to access the e-resource, you may need to update your library password.  Please visit the “Forgot your Password?” page here: Forgot your password? | Ipswich Libraries (spydus.com).
  3. Enter your Borrower ID (or username), as well as your Surname. Click Continue.
  1. A password reset email will be sent to the email address listed on your library account. Click the Reset Password button in the email to reset your password.
  2. After resetting your password, please attempt to log into the e-resource with your new password. You will have to fully log out of the app first before trying your new reset login credentials.
  3. If you are still having difficulty accessing the e-resource, please call Ipswich Libraries on (07) 3810-6815 or visit your nearest branch to speak with one of our friendly staff.
