• 32 x chairs (4 chairs around each table. Additional chairs available on request)

• 2 x television screens + remote controls
• Whiteboard wall, markers, erasers
• Power points

Bookings requiring the use of technology in the event space will be able to borrow a kit containing:

• Presentation laptop
• 1  x HDMI cable + Converter Tether (USB-C, MDP & DisplayPort)
• Presenters wand
• USB hub
• ClickShare dongle

Theatre style configuration available on request.

Study Pods

Rooms contain:

• 1  x small table
• 2 x bench seats
• Power point
• USB charger

Redbank Plains Library

Meeting Rooms

Rooms contain:

• 3 x large movable tables
• 12 x chairs
• 1 x television screen + remote control
• 1 x HDMI cable + Converter Tether (USB-C, MDP & DisplayPort)
• Power point

Bookings requiring the use of technology in the meeting room will require patrons to borrow a meeting room kit. Patrons will need to use their personal device (e.g. Laptop or iPad) to connect to the screen. 

Kitchenette

Please contact staff to arrange a booking for this facility.

Room contains:

• 1 x small refrigerator
• 1 x Zippo boil

All crockery and consumables must be supplied by the user.

The kitchen must be left in a clean condition, with all items washed and put away

Rosewood Library

Meeting Rooms

• 1 x HDMI cable + Converter Tether (USB-C, MDP & DisplayPort)

Event Space

Room contains:

• 6 x tables
• 40 x chairs (stored on trolleys)
• 1 x television screen
• Lectern
• Microphone

Bookings requiring the use of technology in the event spaces will be able to borrow a kit containing:

• 1 x presentation device (Microsoft Surface Pro)
• 1 x HDMI cable + Converter Tether (USB-C, MDP & DisplayPort)
• 1 x television remote control

Kitchenette

Please contact staff to arrange a booking for this facility.

Room contains:

• 1 x Refrigerator
• 1 x Dishwasher
• 1 x Zippo Boil
• Crocker
• Platters
• Cutlery
• Glasses
• Jugs

All consumables must be supplied by user.

The kitchenette must be returned in a clean condition, with all items washed and put away.
