About Rosewood Library
Rosewood Library, located on the corner of John and Railway Streets, is Ipswich Libraries newest branch, providing a wide range of resources, from books to advanced digital services and experiences.
The diverse range of hand-curated selections available in ‘The Marketplace’ provides an easy to browse bookstore experience, while ‘Makerspace’ offers an interactive digital experience to delight young and old.
The large open plan ground floor features Public PCs, free WiFi, a large fiction collection, a dedicated children’s space, Council Connect, and generous booths and seating.
The mezzanine level hosts bookable meeting rooms and events space, and non-fiction collection. It also houses the Local History Room with interactive screen.
The library is wheelchair accessible and there are a variety of tools for people with visual or physical impairment so that they can independently access information.Council Connect services include:
