About the Library

Ipswich Children’s Library, located within the Nicholas Street Precinct, is Australia’s only public library dedicated to children. This beautiful space was designed specifically for children aged 0 – 12 years to explore, learn and play. It features a specially designed catalogue with over 35,000 books just for kids, and unique multi-reality interactive experiences.
