Many of the images in Picture Ipswich have been kindly provided by the community. Along the way gems have come to light that are unable to be identified or important information is missing and because of this we need the community’s help.
We are always looking for photos depicting the people of Ipswich.These photographs are of two as yet unidentified men, who had their photographs taken in a studio on Brisbane Street, Ipswich by Biggingee Sorabjee Pochee possibly between the years 1864 – 1877. We are looking to identify the men in these two photos, who are possibly descendants of the Reid-Laughton Family.
