1. Where can I return my library items while Redbank Plaza Library is closed?
Items cannot be returned to Redbank Plaza Library
Items may be returned to any of Ipswich Libraries other branches.
2. Where can I access other library services such as PC usage, printing, photocopying etc?
These services can be accessed at the other Ipswich Libraries (excluding the Ipswich Children’s Library)
3. Where are your other library branches located?
Our other library branches and locations can be viewed here:
- Ipswich Central Library
- Redbank Plains Library
- Rosewood Library
- Springfield Central Library
- Children’s Library
During the closure of Redbank Plaza Library, please note that Redbank Plains Library will be open for extended hours as follows:

4. What happens to my reservations?
If your reservation becomes available, staff will contact you to discuss your preferred collection point.
5. Can I reserve items from the Redbank Plaza collection?
No, items from the Redbank Plaza collection will not be able to be reserved during this time.
6. What if I can’t get to another library branch?
Please call us on 3810 6787 (Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 4.30 pm) or use the Contact Us form and we’ll see how we can help you.
